- All clients must complete a required intake form prior to their appointment (sent via confirmation email).
- Pregnant clients and clients currently on their menstrual cycle cannot receive a yoni steam service.
😊 Satisfaction Window
You may stop the service within the first 5 minutes.
After 5 minutes, the session is considered complete and non-refundable.
❗ Cancellation Policy
- Deposits are non-refundable.
- Please provide 24+ hours notice if canceling.
- No-shows may be blocked from future appointments.
- Arriving 15+ minutes late without communication may result in cancellation or your time slot being given to the next client.
🔄 Rescheduling Policy
You may reschedule once for free if notice is provided 12+ hours before the appointment.
