ABOUT THE FOUNDER

For years, I struggled with severe menstrual cramps — the kind that stopped me from living my life. I tried everything: medications, remedies, routines. Nothing offered lasting relief.

Then I discovered vaginal (yoni) steaming.

The first time I steamed, the cramps became a little more manageable. After a few months of consistent steaming, something I never believed possible happened — my cycles became less painful, more balanced, and no longer controlled my days. I could finally function without medication. I felt connected to my body again.
