Crafted to be sturdy, durable, and stable, the seat fits securely over most toilet seats, allowing for a more comfortable and hands-free steam session. Its deep design comfortably holds up to 2 litres of water and herbs, ensuring proper steam circulation throughout your ritual.

Steaming Seat Instructions

Bring water to a boil.

Pour one pouch of steaming herbs into the hot water.

Carefully transfer the water into the steaming seat, filling it about halfway or slightly above.

Allow the herbs to steep for 10 minutes.

Sit comfortably over the bowl and cover your lower body with a blanket or towel to retain steam.

Steam for 20–45 minutes, listening to your body throughout the session.
